Black Dining Chairs
Black Dining Chairs
Dining chairs don't come in a wide variety of styles, fabrics, or designs. The basic styles are chairs with arm rests, or chairs that don't have arm rests. When you get into fabric and design you will come across a little bit of variety.
Antique chairs tend have have elongated legs that have round shapes. Modern chairs have straight lines and maybe a pattern on the back rest.
Purchasing black dining chairs online is often a better alternative than going to a brick and mortar store. But, there are a few things to becareful of when you purchase via the internet. Typically, you will find the same product
at a lower price. However, you will have to pay the shipping charges. Make sure you figure that into your estimate before purchasing online. Sometimes that shipping can make it cost even more than you can find in a local store.
The return policy is another aspect that you will want to research before you purchase anything through the internet. Often times a piece of furniture will be damaged during the shipping process. Most companies will repair the
furniture or ship a new one at no cost. However, some companies will require you to pay shipping and handling fees on the exchange.
Another thing to be concerned about on returns, is that most companies will have a restocking fee. It can vary between 5%-15% of the price. And they will also force you to pay the return shipping. So you could lose a lot of money
on an exchange.

Antique Black Dining Chairs - Set of 2 - These chairs are well worth the price! They are comfortable, extremely nice looking, sturdy, and reasonably simple to put together. One thing to note is that since they are distressed, the color that is exposed where the black has been distressed is a brown color. Again, GREAT chairs!!
Carolina Cottage Essex Dining Chair - I bought this chair to go with the soft white Adams desk sold both on Amazon and Target, and it is more than I imagined. The chair blends beautifully with the architecture of the desk, and the colors are virtually indistinguishable. I use it in a rather small (miniscule) office space in my bedroom. Also, the chair is pretty sturdy. I weigh roughly 180lbs, and I allowed a family member who weighs well over 200lbs to sit in the chair, and it never creaked. If you have hardwood floors invest in felt covers for the legs as the chair does not come with any.
2 NEW BLACK LEATHER-LIKE PARSON CHAIRS WITH BLACK WOOD LEGS - After shopping around quite a bit for Parson chairs, we decided to give these a try. We were pleasantly surprised with the quality and sturdiness of the design. Two chairs come in a box disassembled. Parts consist of a seat, a back w/ two legs attached, and the front two (individual) legs, along with a dozen screws and allen wrench. Assembly is about 20 minutes per chair, or a bit faster if you have a power drill with hex tip. Sure, it's vinyl, not leather; but it's soft to the touch. Padding is sufficient. Going to buy six more chairs now to round out the set!
